• More than 10 US invention patents (in the field of liquid-cooled heatsinks)
• Over 50 Taiwan invention patents (in the field of liquid-cooled heatsinks)
• Team includes one Ph.D. in materials and three Masters in materials/mechanical engineering

• Experience of aluminum-brazed liquid-cooled heatsinks for a German Tier-1 supplier's Gen4 Inverter
• Experience of copper-brazed 800V SiC Inverter liquid-cooled heatsinks for a North American Tier-1 supplier
• Experiencen of Power Module liquid-cooled heatsinks for an European Tier-1 supplier
• Experience of Open Pinfin SiC Inverter liquid-cooled heatsinks for a German Tier-1 supplier
• Experience of aluminum-brazed Power Module liquid-cooled heatsinks for a Japanese automotive module manufacturer
• Experience of ADAS ECU liquid-cooled heatsinks for a Nordic OEM
